Magic Window - Living Pictures App Reviews

I feel the current app was impressively for 2010 but feels disappointing now. As previous critics have mentioned, the water time lapse of the waves looks too choppy and jittery and does not feel relaxing at all. There is not enough variety in the scenes and some of the chosen scenes are too pedestrian without enough visual interest. Did they have to shoot a wine country scene with a port-o-potty so prominently centered.

First you have to pay for the App which comes with a few scenes. They remain the same day after day. So no real time although it seems so. The motion is jarring. Secondly they offer additional scenes for very high prices. A nice way to rip off people.

This app was gr8 when released. 5yrs ago. There hasnt been 1 upd8 in a REALLY REALLY LONG TIME! LONG overdue. Needs the ability 2 run in the background. I would like 2 fall asleep 2 the sounds with headphones on @ the very least whilst the screen is locked/off.

First let me say that this is a very good and nice looking alarm clock But one of the reasons I purchased this app is for the sleep timer which does function ,But only turns off the background image ambient noise and puts the app in sleep mode The sleep timer will not play or turn off your selected music at a specific amount of time just the background image ambient noise The only way to play your music or song is by setting the alarm clock which will wake you by your music or by the the sound you choose I just think people should be aware of this If the sleep timer function isnt important to you then purchase this alarm clock app Its one 3 stars to me for others it may be 5

For someone who lives in a cruise ship cabin with no window, this is heaven sent! I absolutely love this app and have been using it for years! Please could you remove the clock from the night mode, the setting is stuck. I want to enjoy the beautiful scene without stressing over the time. Thank you!!

Ive used this app since its beginnings and it remains my favorite. It is consistently used every night and faithfully follows me on vacation. Also, the customer service is as excellent as the product. You wont be disappointed with this one, its a winner.

Wonderful app for creating a relaxing atmosphere in my yoga studio. I can play it before and after class. Also nice for when I travel... Hook my iPad to the hotel TV and voila spa atmosphere. :)

Its ok, but the on for my iMac is better. It needs improvements. The scenes dont change on their own like on my iMac.

I dont understand all the raves about this app. It shows minimally shifting scenes with a looping soundtrack, thats it. I paid $3 and dont think its worth more than $1. Go look out your window; its free and you probably never do it.

One of the best aps that I have bought. Its a great stress reliever especially at the end of a busy day.

But it would appear the developer is not around anymore. Needs to be able to play in the background
